What to Expect When You Work With Us
We provide a curated range of custom-made window coverings, including shutters, blinds, laminated flooring, and decking — each tailored to your exact needs.

To begin production, a 70% deposit is required, with the remaining 30% due upon installation or delivery. Payments can be made via EFT or other agreed methods, and orders are confirmed only once the deposit reflects in our account.
Standard lead times range from 20 to 30 working days, though we’ll keep you informed of any unexpected delays. Installation is scheduled at your convenience, and it's important to ensure clear access to the site on the agreed day.
All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects, but this excludes wear and tear, water damage, improper use, self-installation, or third-party alterations.
